If you are considering voluntary benefits and insurance, or your current situation is not quite meeting your expectations, ask yourself these questions;

~How reputable and ethical is the company?
~How available is your agent to answer questions or deal with issues?
~How many plans or services do they offer?
~What is included in each plan and how much do they pay in benefits?
~How easy is it to file a claim and how fast are they paid?
~Are the plans and services easily customizable to my particular need(s) or situation?
~How often are rates increased, or new products introduced forcing me (or my employees) to either upgrade or drop the plan(s)?
~Does the company place us on "probation" for falling below group participation numbers for individual programs?
~Has anyone had to pay taxes on claim benefits paid to them?
